2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and server log data, in particular your IP address, access time, requested resource and browser information. This processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably.
3. Release waitlist
When you join the MAKR release waitlist, we process your email address, the time of your consent and the source of your registration. The sole purpose is to inform you about the launch and directly related news.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time with future effect by emailing info@makr-app.de. Data is retained until consent is withdrawn or release communications have been completed, and is then deleted unless statutory obligations require otherwise.
4. Processing by Supabase
We use Supabase to store waitlist registrations. The provider is Supabase, Inc. The specific data region is determined by the configuration of the Supabase project in use. Before activation, a suitable EU project region will be selected or verified and any required data processing agreement will be concluded.
5. Cookies and external content
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not load external fonts. Submitting the waitlist form establishes a direct connection to the configured Supabase project.
6. Your rights
Within the applicable legal framework, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
